Some of our packages offer “unlimited” or flexible features. To ensure all clients receive a fair and consistent experience, this policy outlines what constitutes acceptable and excessive use.
🖥️ Web Hosting (Bronze, Silver, Gold Packages)
Our hosting plans are built for performance and reliability. Features labeled as “unlimited” are subject to fair use guidelines to prevent server abuse and maintain quality for all clients.
✅ Fair Use Includes:
Reasonable use of storage, bandwidth, and features based on your website’s purpose
Hosting websites for your own business or approved clients (one per account unless otherwise agreed)
❌ Unfair Use Includes:
Hosting multiple unrelated businesses under one plan
Using the server as file storage, backup service, or email relay
Running intensive scripts that degrade server performance
Excessive resource use without prior agreement
🎨 Web Design (Initial Builds + Care Plans)
Our design packages offer a defined number of pages with room for ongoing refinements through our care plans. These services are intended for reasonable site evolution—not constant rebuilding.
✅ Fair Use Includes:
Content edits (text, image swaps, contact updates)
Structural or visual changes within your package page limit
Adding blog posts, products, or portfolio items in supported CMS
❌ Unfair Use Includes:
Requesting full redesigns or overhauls outside project scope
Creating new sites or sections unrelated to the original business
Multiple major revisions beyond what’s considered standard for maintenance
🛠️ Aftercare & Ongoing Support
We offer support to keep your site running smoothly and help you manage your content. These services are intended for reasonable monthly usage.
✅ Fair Use Includes:
Fixes for broken features or layout issues
CMS guidance and plugin updates
Occasional support requests submitted during normal hours
❌ Unfair Use Includes:
Daily or repeated non-critical change requests
Emergency requests for non-emergency issues
Support for third-party systems not managed by us
🚁 Drone Operations & Footage Editing
Drone photography and video editing is delivered to a high creative standard, ensuring your visuals are polished, professional, and tailored to your vision.
✅ Fair Use Includes:
Basic trimming, colour correction, and sequencing of drone footage
Production of up to 1–2 video drafts per standard shoot
Exporting in standard formats for web or social media use
❌ Unfair Use Includes:
Excessive re-edits far beyond the agreed brief
Requests for raw drone footage unless prearranged
Demanding complex effects or cinematic production not part of the quote
Additional editing time or enhanced post-production may be billed separately if outside original scope.
📬 Handling Excessive Usage
If your usage is deemed excessive or outside of fair use:
We will contact you with an explanation and suggest solutions
You may be offered a custom plan or upgrade
We will never suspend or limit your services without a fair conversation first
